This list was compiled using multiple sources as well as my own experience. Please do let me know if you have anything to add!

Vegetables
-Radishes (cooked)
-Turnips (cooked)
-Carrots (root and tops)
-Cooked sweet potatoes
-Radicchio (cooked)
-Endive
-Mustard
-Swiss Chard
-Kale
-Parsley
-Cooked red potatoes
-Green beans
-Bok Choy
-Tomato
-Sweet peppers
-Cauliflower
-Broccoli (head and leaves)
-Beet & turnip greens
-Kohlrabi
-Sugar snap or snow peas
-Squash (peeled & steamed)
-Red beets (peeled)
-Romaine Lettuce
-Red Lettuce
-Collard greens
-Corn
-Cucumber
-Eucalyptus
-Dandelion Leaves


Fruits
-Apples (No seeds)
-Blueberries
-Strawberries (Scrape off seeds first)
-Kiwi
-Mango
-Cantaloupe
-Honeydew
-Pineapple
-Cherries (Pitted)
-Cranberries
-Banana
-Pears (No seeds)
-Peaches (Pitted)
-Oranges
-Pomegranate
-Tangerines
-Star fruit
-Grapefruit
-Papaya
-Grapes
-Apricots (pitted)
-The dried peels of many citrus fruits make an enjoyable chew, as well, use your oven as a dehydrator set to 200 degrees for 45 minutes to suck all the moisture out!

-Sesame
-Buckwheat


Protein
-Walnuts
-Pine nuts
-Almonds
-Boiled Egg

Fats Birdies love these foods and they make good treats for training, but they are fattening!
-Sunflower Seeds
-Millet
-Pumpkin Seeds
-Gourd Seeds
-Peanut (unseasoned only)

There's been some debate lately about whether tomato is bird safe or not. So if you decide to feed it feed it very sparingly just to be on the safe side. Tiels do not generally like tomatoes anyways. Wink

Eh, different birds have different preferences. I had one bird obsess over bananas and all my others have loathed them. I am sure that somewhere out there is a birdie who adores them, just not mine, or apparently, yours! ^_^
